The Scarpa Helix XL is a classic rock shoe, ideal for beginners and those looking for all day comfort. This is XL version is available in sizes 47-50. The new heel cup has been inherited from the more advanced Techno family of shoes from Scarpa, giving a much more precise fit and better performance, without impacting on comfort. The lacing now runs further down toward the toe, offering enhanced fit, feel and adjustability, while the upgraded outsole is now Vibram XS Edge rubber. The much loved Helix has been brought right up to date by some key improvements, yet the legendary comfort remains and this shoe is a great choice for trad climbers looking for comfort on big routes, as well as improving climbers looking for a shoe that won't hold them back as their climbing progresses.
